Introduction

SLZD series solid-liquid two-phase-flow slurry pump are designed to handle the highly challenging slurry and abrasive fluid while delivering exceptional hydraulic performance. Models in the series are designed with the world's most advanced KREILA hydraulic and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software to ensure world leading standards for each of the pump's performance indicator.


The SLZD series slurry pumps are also made with the latest high wear resistance and corrosion resistant meterials used for the pump's wetted parts. These High Chromium castings have a Brinell Hardness (HB) range between 500 to 600 HB, ensuring an even longer run life and MTBF, reducing the total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the pump.

Features

  • SLZD series two-phase slurry pump has a double casing construction, the front and back casing have replaceable wearable metal lining(casing, guard board, etc). Front casing and back casing adopt cast iron or ductile iron according to work pressure. 
  • Vertically split, discharge direction can be set by every 45° in 8 different directions . Vice-impellers is equipped in the front and back cover plate for reducing leaks, balancing axial structure, improving service life and operation reliability.
  • Design pressure of pump is according to PN1.6Mpa and PN2.5Mpa. 2.5Mpa is applicable on selected models (SLZD80-630, SLZD150-980,SLZD200-850, SLZD250-850).
  • Rotor supporting forms: double supporting point, cantilever beam, fixed point is near the motor side. Pump bearing adopts double row tapered self-aligning roller bearing ,cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact ball bearings, which can eliminate environmental changes on the influence of pump shaft, such as temperature, working condition etc , ensuring the strong carrying capacity and low noise operation.
  • Pump shaft has a big diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever. Under bad conditions, the pump is not easy to bend and vibrate. Main shaft adopts the ladder shaft form-thick middle part and thin in the two ends , which is convenient for bearing installation and maintenance .On the choice of shaft material, 45 # steel is selected under normal working condition.40Cr,42CrMo can be selected in different cases to improve the operation reliability.
  • Static sealing structure is more reasonable, reliable, pump shell and back plate static sealing adopt the end O ring, which is convenient for the pump dismantlement and increase the seal reliability.
  • Shaft seal adopts mechanical seal, dynamic seal + soft packing seal two forms, which is selected according to customer different 
  • requirement. Dynamic seal and soft packing combination is usually used. Dynamic seal is included by vice impeller blade and vice impeller, which has been optimized in design and have a good sealing effect when cooling water lubrication is not needed or in non-dilute pulp ,with the advantage of simple structure, convenient maintenance and long life.
