Introduction

SEH pumps are centrifugal pumps horizontal designed and manufactured according to ISO 2858 /5199 standards for process applications in chemical industries, for general services and for heavy-duty applications in all industrial sectors.
These pumps are equipped with single stage, closed or semi-opened impellers.

Features

  • Large size of oil lubrication bearings are used and run steadily for a long time. Other bearing options available such as double row angle contact ball bearing matching cylindrical roller bearing, double row angle contact ball bearings matching deep grow ball bearing or double deep groove ball bearings.
  • Variety of material for the main flow passage are available to manufactured based on customer requirement.
  • Oil window on the bearing bracket enable easy observation on the lubricant oil level.
  • Lifetime of the pump are improved by the use of wear ring between the case and the cover for larger size of SEH pumps.
  • The impellers have axial balancing holes which can reduce the axial force efficiently and prolong the lifetime of the bearing.
  • The standard flange is in DIN but ANSI may also be provided. The pressure rating of the flange is PN16, however PN25 flange can also be made according to the requirements.
  • Standard flexible coupling are being used but spacer type can be provided.
  • Hydraulic parts are an optimally designed. The efficiency is high and the high efficiency zone is wide. The impeller may be trimmed to meet the requirement. The flow passage are casted with resins sand casting process and the flow passage surface is smooth.
  • The pumps have low noise level (5-8 dbA lower than the similar products), little vibration, steady operation and long lifetime.
